How to Check Shipping Charges?

To determine the shipping charges for your order, please add the items you intend to buy to the shopping cart on our website. Follow the on-screen instructions to fill in your shipping address, and you will see the exact shipping charges and total amount. You can exit the process if you decide not to complete the order at that point.


Internet Orders:

All shipping rates are calculated automatically on our website. These rates are determined based on the destination, product weight, service type, and other factors. Shipping rates include shipping, handling, and insurance fees.

Please note that there may be rare instances where the UPS website is down or unreachable. If this occurs, our system will attempt to contact UPS for up to 60 seconds. If UPS cannot be reached, shipping may not be calculated correctly, but you will still be able to place your order. Any necessary shipping cost adjustments will be communicated to you.


Phone Orders:

Shipping and handling rates for phone orders may differ from those for online orders. The exact rates will be quoted over the phone.


P.O. Boxes:

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. All deliveries require a signature upon release.


Shipping Address Verification:

For your protection against credit card fraud, we require that your shipping and billing addresses match. If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please notify your credit card issuing bank of the shipping address for "Address Verification" purposes. To register an address with your issuing bank, please call the Customer Service number located on the back of your credit card. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, your order may be delayed for verification. If we are unable to verify your shipping address with your issuing bank, we cannot process your order. This verification step is a critical measure to protect against credit card fraud.

ABMX.com uses UPS for shipping services and is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipments outside UPS's primary delivery areas. ABMX.com is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result of shipping and handling. National holidays and other unforeseen events may delay shipment. Please note that shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

To prevent credit card fraud, all orders we ship are traceable. We will prosecute any fraud. Suspicious orders will be immediately reported to the FBI and other authorities.


Signature Requirement:

All deliveries require a signature to be released. The recipient must be present at the shipping address during the day to sign and accept the package. Packages returned to us due to the recipient’s absence can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense, or a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.



How to Use Warranty Service

To take advantage of our warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Technical Support: Call our tech support team at 714-258-2269. If it is determined that your product requires service, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare the Shipment: Securely pack the defective product for shipping. Include only the defective product(s). Ensure that your shipment includes a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number. Providing a detailed and specific description of the problems will help ensure prompt service.
  3. Ship the Product: Send the defective product, along with the original invoice copy and RMA number, to:

  4. Display RMA Number: Make sure that your RMA number is displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping package. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Please insure your shipment to protect against any damage during transit. This warranty is void if the product is damaged in transit.
