High-Density VM

Virtualization was a big advancement in server technology, and remains as one of the primary means of making sure every bit of available computing power is being utilized. Often times when running certain applications or solutions on bare-metal servers, the compute power is sitting idle. This reduces cost efficiency of server hardware. Being able to run multiple applications and solutions on a single server while being sandboxed from eachother is a huge win in terms of optimizing compute power. This improves rackspace efficiency by combining multiple servers into one, saves on power usage, and allows for centralized management of systems.
